We at Heliopay, describe the procedure we follow to handle your personal information. It refers to the information that is being collected within Heliopay.   • We would also be collecting your email id along with name, address, contact details,etc in order to send you a reply or other information from third parties,etc.

  • Other business entities, should we plan to merge with or be acquired by that business entity, or any parent company, subsidiaries, or other companies under a common control. (Should such a combination occur, we will require that the new combined entity follow this Privacy Policy with respect to your Personal Data. If your personal information will be used contrary to this policy, you will receive prior notice). In the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership, your Personal Data may also be transferred as a business asset.
Security of the information stored within Heliopay. 
  • The account that you use is protected by a password for your security. If you access your account via a third party or a service provider then you should have additional different sign-on protections vis that third party or service provider. It is our duty to protect your information within the database and server we posses,however we do not guarantee complete security.
  • We take this responsibility to protect the privacy of your account and other personal information we hold in our records. Unauthorized use or hardware and software failure and other factors may compromise the security of your information. The services may lead to links to other websites. We are no where responsible for the security or privacy policies of any other site apart from Heliopay.
No Spam, Spyware or Malpractices
  • We do not tolerate spam and malpractices. Make sure that you provide proper terms and conditions for each advertisement that you are going to generate so as to evade off any malpractice that could lead to loss of business.
  • You cannot use our marketing tools to send spams or Spoof emails to the users that violate our User Agreement. We automatically scan and may manually filter messages to check for spam, viruses, phishing attacks and other malicious activity or illegal or prohibited content, but we do not permanently store messages sent through these tools.
Changes to this privacy policy
  • The privacy policy is subjected to change from time to time. The changes will be immediately effective for new users of our Service. We will notify to you about the change of our privacy policy by sending an email to you. It is your responsibility to update us with the latest email id or information for the required communication. We would not be liable for account of loss of any information if the mail has reached you and it has been not been read by you. Continued use of our Website or Service following notice of such changes shall indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.
